This Privacy Policy explains how Navygate Technologies Private Limited ("Navygate", "we", "us", "our"), the Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use the AnantaSim platform.
Navygate Technologies Private Limited, recognized under the Startup India initiative by DPIIT, operates the AnantaSim cloud simulation platform from Opposite Daffodils Public School, Kashipur, Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand – 244713, India. For any privacy question, write to anantasim.app@gmail.com.
| Category | Examples | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Account data | Name, email, organization, role | Create and manage your account, authenticate access |
| Billing data | Billing address, payment method details (processed by our payment provider), GST details | Process subscription and credit purchases, issue invoices |
| Usage & telemetry | Login activity, feature usage, job/run metadata, credit consumption | Operate the Platform, metering/billing, product improvement, security monitoring |
| Simulation content | Geometry, mesh, and simulation files you upload | Run your simulations; not used for any purpose beyond providing the Platform to you, unless you choose to publish it on the marketplace |
| AI design prompts (optional) | Design prompts and any images you submit if you opt in to our AI-assisted design feature | Generate or edit CAD models using an AI/LLM provider — only processed if you explicitly opt in; see Data Residency below |
| Waitlist / contact form | Name, email, message submitted via our early-access form | Respond to inquiries, manage the early-access waitlist |
Directly from you (account registration, forms, uploads), automatically through your use of the Platform (usage logs), and via a third-party form provider, Tally (tally.so), which processes waitlist/contact submissions on our behalf as our data processor.
We process personal data on the basis of your consent (given when you sign up or submit a form) and, where applicable, for the performance of our contract with you (delivering the Platform, billing, support) and to comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax records).
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
We share data only as needed to operate the Platform: our cloud infrastructure provider (currently Amazon Web Services (AWS), hosting compute/storage — see Data Residency below), payment processors (to process subscription/credit payments), and Tally (waitlist form submissions). These providers act as our data processors and are contractually restricted to using data only to provide their service to us. We do not share personal data with other users beyond what you choose to make public (e.g., a published marketplace profile or Listing).
If you explicitly opt in to our AI-Assisted Design feature (off by default), your design prompts and any images you attach are also shared with an AI/LLM provider to generate or edit CAD models on your behalf. This sub-processor is used only for users who opt in, and only for the content submitted to that feature — see Data Residency below for where this processing may occur.
Marketplace and consultancy payments are made directly between users, outside the Platform — we do not collect or process the payment details exchanged between buyers/sellers or clients/consultants in those transactions.
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Simulation content is retained per your plan's storage terms and deleted on account closure unless you request earlier deletion.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures — encryption in transit, access controls, and infrastructure security practices — to protect personal data. No system is completely secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.
This website uses minimal cookies/local storage necessary for functionality, and loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may involve a connection to Google's servers. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, email anantasim.app@gmail.com.
The Platform is intended for users aged 18 and above (or supervised institutional users) and is not knowingly directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children as defined under the DPDP Act.
By default, all personal data and simulation content is stored and processed within India. We host the Platform on data centers located in India, operated by our third-party cloud infrastructure provider, currently Amazon Web Services (AWS) (AWS's India (Mumbai) region). We do not transfer this data to servers located outside India. Should we change cloud providers or add infrastructure outside India in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, obtain your consent or apply DPDP Act–compliant transfer safeguards before doing so.
Exception — optional AI-Assisted Design feature: this feature is off by default and only activates if you explicitly opt in from your account's privacy/consent settings. If enabled, the design prompts and any images you submit to it are sent to a third-party AI/LLM provider that is not guaranteed to be hosted within India, so this content may be processed cross-border. This applies only to what you submit to that specific, opt-in feature — it does not change where your account, billing, or simulation data described above is stored or processed. We apply DPDP Act–compliant cross-border transfer safeguards to this processing and will name the specific provider(s) in use here once finalized.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be notified via the Platform or by email, with the "Effective Date" above updated accordingly.
