These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the AnantaSim platform operated by Navygate Technologies Private Limited ("Navygate", "AnantaSim", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
By registering for, accessing, or using AnantaSim (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. If you use the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Platform under the supervision of an institution/organization with legal capacity to contract, to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at anantasim.app@gmail.com of any unauthorized use.
AnantaSim is a cloud-native engineering simulation platform providing computational fluid dynamics (CFD), finite element analysis (FEA), meshing, and related pre/post-processing workflows, delivered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
Data residency: all data you submit to the Platform — account data, simulation files, and usage data — is stored and processed on data centers located in India, operated by our third-party cloud infrastructure provider, currently Amazon Web Services (AWS). See our Privacy Policy for details.
AnantaSim offers subscription plans (including discounted plans for verified students and early-stage startups) that grant access to platform features for a recurring fee, billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle as selected at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and you retain access until then. Applicable taxes (including GST) are added to listed prices. Discounted pricing (student, startup) is subject to eligibility verification, and we may suspend the discount if eligibility cannot be confirmed or lapses.
Activating a subscription plan bundles three things together: access to the plan's features, a prescribed storage allowance, and a batch of granted compute credits (see Section 5). Additional storage beyond your plan's allowance may be purchased separately as a stackable storage add-on, billed the same way as a subscription — storage can never be purchased using credits.
Credits are a prepaid usage allowance, not currency. There are two kinds of credits, which behave differently:
AnantaSim credits (of either kind):
Estimated and actual credit consumption is shown in your account dashboard before and during a simulation run. You are responsible for monitoring your balance; we are not liable for job interruptions caused by insufficient credits.
The Platform includes a marketplace where users may publish, discover, and purchase simulation projects, workflows, and templates created by other users ("Listings").
Publishing Listings: Users may list simulations for sale priced in real money or platform credits. All Listings are subject to Navygate approval before becoming publicly available. Sellers warrant that they own or have the right to publish the content in their Listing and that the Listing description accurately reflects the simulation or template offered. We may remove any Listing that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Seller Payouts: When a Listing sells, Navygate processes the transaction on-Platform and distributes payment to the seller after deducting 18% GST (Goods and Services Tax) and 15% Platform Fee. Sellers are responsible for any additional taxes owed in their jurisdiction. Payment is disbursed according to the payout schedule specified in your seller account settings.
Buyer Protection: By purchasing a Listing, you acknowledge that you are acquiring access to the seller's simulation project, template, or workflow as presented. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any Listing. Disputes regarding Listing content, delivery, or functionality should be reported to us; we will investigate platform-level issues (e.g., a Listing that misrepresents itself or violates these Terms) and may remove the Listing or suspend the seller's account.
The Platform's collaboration and hiring features allow users to showcase portfolios and connect with independent simulation consultants. Consultants are independent third parties and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Navygate Technologies. All fees for consultancy engagements are agreed and paid directly between the client and the consultant, outside the Platform — AnantaSim does not process, hold, or guarantee any such payment and is not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or outcome of consultancy work. Portfolio and project-status features on the Platform are provided for visibility and collaboration only.
You retain ownership of the simulation data, geometry, meshes, and other content you upload ("User Content"). You grant Navygate a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display User Content solely to provide the Platform to you (and, where you choose to publish it, to other users via the marketplace/portfolio features). All Platform software, branding, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Navygate Technologies Private Limited.
Simulation results produced on AnantaSim are computational approximations generated by third-party and proprietary solvers, and are provided for engineering exploration and analysis purposes. They do not constitute certified engineering advice, professional certification, or a guarantee of real-world performance. You are solely responsible for independently validating results — including through physical testing or professional review — before relying on them for design, manufacturing, safety, or regulatory decisions.
The Platform integrates open-source and third-party solver technology, including OpenFOAM® (a registered trademark of OpenCFD Limited, part of the ESI Group) and Code_Aster (developed by EDF), through an API layer. This integration allows you to access and utilize these solvers seamlessly within the AnantaSim ecosystem without requiring direct installation or management. Use of these names does not imply endorsement of AnantaSim by their respective owners.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navygate Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on simulation results, marketplace transactions, or consultancy engagements conducted outside the Platform. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Navygate Technologies Private Limited harmless from claims arising from your User Content, your Listings, your use of the Platform in violation of these Terms, or your marketplace/consultancy dealings with other users.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful activity. You may close your account at any time; outstanding subscription fees remain payable and unused credits are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the grievance process below, any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Platform or by email; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
